Casanas Suites - Puerto Princesa

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist me with any needs or questions I had. They even considered my specific requirements and assigned me to a room on the ground floor to accommodate my elderly and infant travel companions easily. the hotel was very clean and quiet, making me feel like I had a home away from home. Finally, the location of the hotel was convenient, near public transportation and parking.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Breakfast was served, but with limited options, and the portions were small.

The television reception was poor, with on and off signals.

Spending Christmas was a great experience in this hotel. The breakfast spread was satisfying and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room location was also perfect as it provided a great view of the city and was close to key tourist spots.

The WiFi connection was quite slow during my stay which made it difficult to stay connected with family and friends. Another downside was that the room was lacking a chair and table, which made it difficult to work in the room.

The hotel amenities were great. We had a comfortable stay in a cozy room with air conditioning. the staff was helpful and friendly. the hotel location was just a few meters away from the beach which made it easier for us to take a leisurely stroll every morning.

The breakfast choices were limited and not to our liking. the TV in our room was on and off, which was quite inconvenient, especially when we wanted to watch something specific.
